JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR , PRESIDENT                                                                        JUDGMENT                    Sri Umesh Kumar Srivastava, learned Counsel for the appellant appeared.

                    The dispute is admittedly relates to the year 1995 whereas the        complaint before the learned District Consumer Commission has           been filed after a gap of more than 26 years which has been decided        by the learned District Consumer Commission, Baghpat and the   learned District Consumer Commission, Baghpat has held that the           complaint is filed highly belatedly before it and the facts were also considered and thereafter detailed order with regard to      maintainability of the complaint has been passed.

                   Heard Counsel for the appellant Sri Umesh Kumar Srivastava        and after due perusal of the impugned judgment and order passed by         the District Consumer Commission, Baghpat dated 21-03-2023 in         Complaint Case No. 44/2021, I am of the opinion that the order    passed by the District Consumer Commission is just and proper, as           such need no interference.  

                   Accordingly the instant appeal is dismissed. The judgment and       order of the learned District Consumer Commission is confirmed.

                   Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per          rules.
