Section 23(2) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000
(2)The leave so earned shall be credited to the leave account of the officer and other employee half-yearly in each respective calendar year at the rate of fifteen days for every six months of service rendered by such officer and other employee.
