Whereas the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri A. Venkata Durga Rao, presented this petition Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds filed therein the High Court may be pleased to set aside the order dt. 07-09-2020 in 1.A.No. 278 of 2020 in S.0.P.No. 336 of 2020 passed by the XI Additional District Judge, Tenali, Guntur District .
And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the petition and the memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A. Venkata Durga Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri Y. Kiran Kumar, Advocate for respondents, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause why this petition should not be admitted.
