Section 35 in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
35. Delegation of powers.
- The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified, in the notification, authorise any officer or authority subordinate to the State Government to exercise all or any of the powers conferred on the State Government by or under this Act.
