2. Definitions.

- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires-

(a)"Act" means the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969;

(b)"Section" means a section of the Act;

(c)"Form" means forms appended to these rules and printed and circulated by the State Government under the Act.
