Section 3(1) in Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University Act, 1985
(1)There shall be constituted in and for the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Higher Education (UE) Department, dated 11.09.2015.] a university by the name of the [Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University] [Substituted by Act No.30 of 1996.] which shall consist of a Chancellor, a Vice-Chancellor, a Rector, if any, an Executive Council and an Academic Senate.
