Section 25(2) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(2)(a)The person challenged shall be warned of the penalty for impersonation;(b)The relevant entry in the electoral roll shall be read in full and the challenged person be asked whether he is the person referred to in the entry;(c)His name and address in the list of challenged votes in Form-21 shall be asked to be entered;(d)The challenged person shall be asked to affix his signature in the said list.
