Section 100(4) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(4)Superintendent of Excise shall consult District Excise Officers and Assistant Excise Commissioners of the area concerned on all important matters. He shall guide the subordinate Staff and help them in their preventive work.
