Section 22(2)(b) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960

(b)In case of federal society the voting rights of individual members (which term shall include public trust, firm, company or body corporate, society registered under the Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 44 of 1973), and State Government but shall not include a Co-operative society) shall be regulated in such manner as may be prescribed.
