(i)a municipal treasury receipt for Rs. .being the non-interest bearing security deposit at the rate of Rs. 1.50 per sq. meter as fixed under Rule 5(v) towards fulfilment of the obligations imposed under Section 184 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965;
