This adjournment is being granted in order to enable the respondents to consider the law pronounced by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of B.V. Sivaiah & ors. V. K. Addanki Babu & ors., reported in (1998) 6 SCC 720, in view of which the selection being the subject matter of the writ petition is inappropriate, unjust and contrary to law.
Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for the respondents for bringing the same to the notice of his clients.
