Section 7(1) in Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995
(1)Any agreement of sale entered into under the sub-section (1) of section 6 shall be presented for registration under the Registration Act, 1908, (Central Act No. 16 of 1908), by the promoter or by any other person competent to do so at the proper registration office and execution thereof shall be admitted by the person executing the document or his representative, assignee or agent.
