281. Power of Zilla Parishad to delegate its powers.
- A Zilla Parishad may, by order in writing, delegate any of its powers or functions under section 100, 102 or 106, and subject to rules made by the State Government, under such other provisions of this Act as the State Government may specify in this behalf, to any of the authorities of the Parishad as the State Government may deem fit.
