Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.N.Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioners are seeking a direction upon respondent Commission to permit them to inspect their answer-sheets of the U.P. Judicial Service Civil Judge (Junior Division) Main Examination, 2018.
In view of the decision of the Apex Court in the cases of Central Board of Secondary Education and another Vs. Aditya Bandopadhyay and others, 2011 (8) SCC 497, Union Public Service Commission and others Vs. Angesh Kumar and others, 2018(4) SCC 530 and order dated 16.07.2018 passed in Civil Appeal No. 6723 of 2018 (Mradul Mishra Vs. Chairman, U.P. Public Service Commission, Allahabad and another), we dispose of the writ petition holding that since the petitioners are entitle to inspection of their answer-sheets, the Commission shall allow them to inspect the answer-sheets on a given date which may be convenient to both the parties.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
