Section 7 in Telangana Mining Settlements Act, 1956
7. Notification of elections and nominations.
- Every election or nomination made under section 5 or 6 shall be forthwith notified in the Official Gazette and the persons elected or nominated shall enter on their respective offices from the date of such notification.
