	This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the Statewide seniority list prepared as per G.O.Ms.No.64 dated 6.3.1999 and further provide permanent appointment as per G.O.Ms.No.95 dated 7.8.2009.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the second respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the writ petition, and if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified time.

3. The learned Government Advocate has no objection for this Court passing such an order.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the second respondent, with regard to the reliefs prayed for in the writ petition, within a period of two weeks from today. On such representation being submitted, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
