Section 24(1) in The West Bengal Government Premises (Regulation of Occupancy) Act, 1984
(1)The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any judgement, decree or order of any court, tribunal or other authority or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any enactment other than this Act or in any contract, express or implied, or in any custom or usage.
