(b)"Actual service" includes-(i)time spent by the Chairperson and Members on duty;(ii)joining time on transfer to the office of Lokayukta from a post or an office under the Government of India or a State Government;(iii)vacations, excluding any time during which the Chairperson or Member is absent on leave;
