On the completion of the courses of study by the first batch of students and on their appearing for the University examination, the management of the colleges may make an application to the University for the grant of full affiliation of the B.D.S. Degree course of study. The University shall, after satisfying itself as to the performance of the college during the previous years and subject to the statutes and procedures as in force, from time to time, grant full affiliation to the B.D.S. Degree course of study.
