21. Labels in vessels manufactured, stored, supplied or issued.
- All vessels in any from which methyl alcohol is manufactured, stored, supplied or issued shall be legibly painted and labelled in red and bear the picture of cross-bones with the word "methyl alcohol" "poison" and "not for oral consumption" both in English and the local vernacular in separate lines or above the other in the order of mention.
