65. Provisions relating to Services in the autonomous State of Meghalaya.
Every person who immediately before the appointed day is serving in connection with the affairs of the autonomous State of Meghalaya (including a person on deputation from the Government of that autonomous State to any other Government or authority) not being a person to whom section 64 applies, shall be deemed to have been allocated to serve as from that day in connection with the affairs of the State of Meghalaya.
