Section 6(i) in University Grants Commission Regulations On Curbing The Menace Of Ragging In Higher Educational Institutions, 2009.
(i)The institution shall make a provision in the service rules of its employees for issuing certificates of appreciation to such members of the staff who report incidents of ragging, which will form part of their service record.
