605. Penalty for causing damage to property belonging to municipality.
- No person shall cause any damage to any property belonging to the municipality. Any person causing any damage to any property belonging to the municipality shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or imprisonment for a term of one month or both.
