Section 26 in The Actuaries (Election To The Council) Rules, 2008
26. Duties of the Returning Officer .-(1) The Returning Officer shall conduct the election in accordance with these rules.
(2)The Returning Officer may, with the approval of the Council, delegate any of the duties to be performed by him under these rules to the Assistant Returning Officers, as he may deem fit.
