Section 11A(3) in The Shri Jagannath Temple Rules, 1960
(3)Whenever any matter is referred by the Committee to any Subcommittee, the president of the Sub-committee shall, within seven days from the date of such reference, give notice of at least three days to the members of the Sub-committee to meet at such time and such place as may be specified in the notice and shall preside over the meetings of the Sub-committee.
