Section 8(1) in The Goa Public Men's Corruption (Investigations and Inquiries) Act, 1988
(1)The Commission shall have a Secretary and such other officers and employees as may be determined by the Governor in consultation with the Commission to assist the Commission in the exercise of its powers and the discharge of its functions under this Act.
