Section 12(1) in Rajasthan private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2006
(1)Every Agency shall apply to the Controlling Authority for renewal of the licence in Form VIII at least 45 days before the expiry of its validity as specified in sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Act.
