262. Communication addressed by prisoner to Government Departments on matters not pertaining to prison administration.
- All communications addressed by a prisoner to Government Departments with respect to matters not pertaining to the prison administration shall be forwarded by the Superintendent direct to the addressee. Such communications shall not be included in the scale prescribed in sub-rule (3) of rule 255.
