Section 29(1) in Assam Shops and Establishments Act, 1971
(1)Whoever contravenes any of the pro-visions of Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14. 18, 21 and 22 shall, on conviction be punishable with fine, which for a first offence may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees and for a second or any subsequent offence may extend to five hundred rupees.
