Section 3(33) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(33)"sewage" means night-soil and other contents of water-closets, latrines, privies, urinals, cesspools or drains and polluted water from sinks, bathrooms, stables, cattlesheds, and other like places and includes trade effluents and discharges from manufactories of all kinds;
