7. Information necessary to validate application.
- No application under Regulation 3(i) shall be considered to be valid, unless it is made on the prescribed form and is accompanied by the requisite number of plans and documents together with the required fees, if any. In case of failure of such compliance, the application together with plans shall be returned to the applicant for re-submision in accordance with the Regulations.
