(3)Not less than one-third (including the number of the offices reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes), of the total number of the offices of the President and the Vice-President of the Zilla Parishad in the State shall be reserved for women and such offices may be allotted by rotation to different Zilla Parishads, in such manner as may be prescribed.
