548. Who may appear.
- Any creditor settled on the said list whose debt or claim has not, before the hearing of the petition, been discharged or determined or been secured in manner provided by section 59 of the Act, and who has not before the hearing consented to the proposed reduction of capital may appear at the hearing of the petition and oppose the application. A creditor intending so to appear shall give two days' notice in writing of such intention to the Advocate of the company and in default of such notice shall not without the leave of the Judge, be entitled to appear.
