Section 305 in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
305. Ground floor doors, etc. not to open outwards on streets. - If any door, gate, bar or window on the ground floor of any premises opens outwards upon a street or upon any land required for the improvement of a street in such a manner as, in the opinion of the [Commissioner], to obstruct the safe or convenient passage of the public along such street, the [Commissioner] may at any time by a written notice require the owner of the said premises to have the said door, gate, bar or window altered so as not to open outwards.
