Section 58(c) in The Chota Nagpur Tenancy Rules, 1959
(c)The cost of the preparation of copies of records, or of extracts therefrom, supplied to landlords and tenants under this rule, shall ordinarily be included in the cost of the survey and settlement and no separate charge shall be levied from the landlords and tenants in respect of such copies except by the orders of the Local Government.
