Section 9(3) in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Rules, 1960
(3)If the Veterinary Officer is not satisfied with the disinfection carried out, he may pass orders for immediate re-disinfection in proper manner of the building, yard, vessel or vehicle in question.
