16. Controller of Examinations.
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be an academician in the field of engineering, technology and allied sciences and a whole-time officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
