(5)Subject to such condition and for such time as may be ordered from time to time, the competent authorities involved in the Single Window Clearance system under this Act shall place at least one Senior Officer and such other staff including Grade-III and Grade-IV staff under the disposal of the Chief Executive Officer initially and they will draw their salary and allowances from the competent authority concerned:Provided that such officers and staff shall not be entitled to any additional financial benefit except the traveling allowances admissible to them as per Government norms.
