Section 5(1) in Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2005
(1)A State Level Sports Association enlisted in Schedule 'B' and any other future State Level Sports Association for a game or sports not presently covered by Schedule "B" and added to Schedule 'B' under the provisions of this Act and its affiliated District Level Sports Associations shall apply for registration of the Association, stating therein the name, address, area represented, game or sports represented by the Sports Association and with, complete details of the Executive Body and accompanied with the documents specified in Schedule 'A'.
