Section 46(1) in Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Town-Planning Act, 1920
(1)The trust shall consist of -(a)a chairman appointed by the [State Government] [The words 'Provincial Government' were Substituted For the words 'local Government' by the A.O.1937 and the word 'State' was Substituted For Provincial by the A.O.1950.].(b)persons elected by the members of the municipal council or other local authorities or both and(c)persons appointed by the [State Government] [The words 'Provincial Government' were Substituted For the words 'local Government' by the A.O.1937 and the word 'State' was Substituted For Provincial by the A.O.1950.] either by name or by virtue of their office.
