Section 38 in The Delhi Technological University Act, 2009
38. Provident and Pension Funds.
- The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees such provident fund or pension fund or provide such insurance schemes as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed. As regards existing faculty and staff the provident and pension schemes prevailing to their services in the Delhi College of Engineering will be applicable.
