Section 42(2)(ii) in Tamil Nadu Estates (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1948

(ii)subject to the provisions of section 54-CC, insofar as it relates to the amount in respect of which an order for payment has been made by the Tribunal or the Special Tribunal in favour of any person, cease to be enforceable.
