Section 66(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(1)All institutions and organisations housing children in need of care and protection, whether run by the Government or voluntary organizations, shall get themselves registered under Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2013.
