Section 26(1) in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2019
(1)On receipt of the comments from the licensee or otherwise and after conducting or having made such inquiry or local inspection conducted as the Forum may consider necessary, and after affording reasonable opportunity of being heard to the parties, the Forum shall take a decision.
