Section 562 in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
562. Infected articles, not to be transmitted, etc., without previous disinfection.
(1)No person shall, without disinfection of the same, give, lend, sell, transmit or otherwise dispose of any article which he knows or has reason to know has been exposed to infection from any infectious disease.(2)Nothing in this section shall be deemed to apply to a person who transmits with proper precautions, any such articles, for the purpose of having the same disinfected.
