  Ravi Malimath, Chief Justice passed the following:
                                                     ORDER

This petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 17.08.2021 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P. No.13980 of 2021 (M/s. Arjit Construction Vs. The State of Madhya Pradesh and others), has been disobeyed. In terms whereof, the respondent No.4 was directed to decide the representation of the petitioner, among consequential orders.

A reply has been filed by the respondent No.4 enclosing the copy of the communication dated 09.11.2021. The same would indicate that the order has been complied with.

Hence, we do not find any good ground to proceed further.

The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.
