Section 7(ii) in Rules Under Section 12 of the Northern India Ferries Act, 1878
(ii)All such persons, animals, vehicles or other things as may be specified in a declaration made by the Provincial Government, under Section 15 of the Act, as exempt from payment of toll, shall be crossed over free of charge, if application is made within the hours for which the ferry is open.
