HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 09/01/2023 It has been stated that the petitioner participated in the recruitment process for the post of 'Basic Computer Instructor' in the category of OBC (Male) and he secured 97.4958 marks which is more than last cut off marks of the selected candidate. That apart, petitioner has also challenged the answer of one question.
It has been stated that in similar writ petitions which are pending before this Court, wherein notices have been issued and interim relief for allowing document verification of respective candidates has been permitted.

Issue notice.
Copy of the writ petition be served in the office of Mr. Nalin G. Narain, AGC within a period of one week. His name be shown in the cause list.
In the meanwhile, petitioner is permitted to appear before the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for document verification and the same would be done by respondents provisionally subject to out come of the writ petition.
