HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR VYAS Order 27/07/2020 Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that there is possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties and, therefore, the matter may be referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court.
Accordingly, the mater is referred to Mediation Centre of this Court. The matter may be placed before the Mediator, to be appointed by the Judge In-charge of Mediation Centre of this Court.
The parties shall remain present before the Mediator in the first instance on 26.08.2020.
