We are not inclined to interfere with the judgment and order passed by the High Court. Page No.1 of 2 Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that although time for complying with the order of the High Court has already expired, the intention of the petitioners was always to comply with the same. However, since the present special leave petitions were pending, the order has not been complied with. He makes a prayer that three months’ further time be granted to the petitioners to comply with the order of the High Court.

We accept the prayer made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners. Three months’ further time is granted to the petitioners for complying with the order of the High Court.
